They say it takes 21 days to develop a(an) habit/attitude I don’t how true that is but what I know for sure is that practice makes perfect. Hence, waking up every day and practicing those new healthy habits will go a long way in your personal growth.

Where do you want to be six months from now on your journey to becoming a better person is the kind of question you should be asking yourself. Then you set your goals around it.

3. Lack of self confidence

Lack of confidence affects your personal development as it makes you undervalue yourself. You feel you are not capable of making all these changes in your life. Therefore making you settle for less.

To grow you need to leave your comfort zone and when you lack the confidence to make changes in your life much won’t change for you. Hence learn how to boost your confidence and develop yourself.

4. Seeing no need for Personal growth

The idea behind personal development is not that you are doing terribly as an individual or that you are a bad person without direction. It simply means you want to do better or become better. There is just so much to life and you want more of it.

You want to let go of that toxic relationship or stop being that toxic person. It means you just want to be a happier person who is more grateful about life. to see yourself changing mentally, physically, emotionally, and even spiritually.

5. Having no personal growth plan

Just like how you make a financial plan on how to budget, save money and settle a debt. that is the same way you are going to sit down and plan how to become a happier person. how to be more positive. how to love the right way. how to be more kind. How to let go of that toxic habit.

Just having does life-changing plans that will allow you to grow. so when you don’t have a personal growth plan you will remain the same old you.

6. Never taking action

This time around you’ve set your goals and you have a plan. however, you can’t get yourself to start implementing these new habits.

Life is all about taking action and dreams will never come true without actions. so you can dream about becoming a better you but without practice, it will never happen.

Wake up and start taking action it’s your only ticket to becoming valuable.
